«Proceedings of Voronezh State University. Series: Problems of higher education» is a quarterly scientific journal that publishes original research papers in Russian on the problems of strategy of higher education, pedagogy and psychology, with special focus on pedagogy and psychology of higher education, intersubject studies, theory and practice of educational process in Higher school.
The journal is included in the List of Peer-reviewed Scientific Journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.
The journal is registered by the Federal Service for monitoring compliance with cultural heritage protection law. Certificate of Mass Media Registration ПИ № ФС77-19714, April 7th, 2005.
The journal accepts articles on pedagogics and psychology (specialties: 5.3.5. – Social Psychology, Political and Economic Psychology (Psychological sciences), 5.8.1. – General Pedagogics, History of Pedagogics and Education, 5.8.7. – Methodology and Technology of Professional Education, 5.3.4. – Pedagogical Psychology, psychodiagnostics of digital educational environments).
The journal has the following thematic sections:

- history of higher education,
- critical reviews of books on pedagogy and psychology of higher education.
The journal publishes works of leading Russian and foreign scholars as well as papers written by young scholars and post-graduate students.
All papers are anonymously peer-reviewed.
